Originally from Paris, Valérie grew up in a family of English teachers, and majored in languages, before pursuing a career in Business Administration. After thirty years, which included a move to the U.S. in 1998, she turned her passion for watercolor painting into a full-time job and worked part-time as a substitute teacher before coming to the Alliance Française. She is an engaging teacher and enjoys conveying her passion for language, especially her native French!
