Are you preparing for an upcoming trip to France or a Francophone Country? Do you need to know the basics to maneuver while abroad in a short amount of time? This functional, situationally relevant class is for you.

The interactive workshop for beginners will give you the tools to communicate in simple French in everyday situations encountered by tourists visiting France or the Francophone world. Focusing on hands on activities, oral practice with the most requested topics: greetings, counting / money, understanding time, asking for directions, ordering food. Grammar & Conversation

Multiple classes available at all levels for students desiring to perfect their communication skills. Take both subjects or à la carte. No book required. Handouts with grammar exercises, often incorporating newspaper articles or literary excerpts to study and understand grammar in context as well as websites/videos to inspire discussion. French for Global Health Professionals

The aim of this course is to introduce basic concepts in theories and practices in global health. It will allow students to discuss articles pertaining to the roles of foreign governments/entities and pharmaceutical companies in developing countries. Additionally, students will study selected cases from influenza to zika virus.
