Take a tour “en cuisine” with Francine!
Visit classic French dishes and the monuments nearby! In each interactive session you will take a stroll through a French neighborhood or region, learning to cook a classic French dish while engaging in “virtual tourism.” Visit Paris’s Sainte Chapelle Conciergerie, before a trip to a French brasserie, where we learn to make a classic croque-monsieur, « crazy salad » and crème caramel. Class 2 will move east with quiche lorraine and a tarte aux pommes, while class three explores Burgundy and its famous Bœuf bourguignon and delicious cheeses.
