Learn French through the topics of your choice!

This interactive seminar will encourage students to talk about their artistic tastes and preferences with one another in a classroom setting. Beginning with a presentation on Alain Passard, a three-star Michelin chef from the restaurant Arpège in Paris, each class will focus on a wide variety of  topics, including the beautiful natural sites in the Périgord and the Parc du Vercours, dynamic artistic movements like Art Deco, and some unusual museum attractions in Paris. With Marie-Claude’s guidance, students will have the opportunity to make presentations on topics of their own choice! This 7-part series will culminate in two conversation classes on current events.
